If you are lying awake in bed at night wondering, “Was that a real contraction?” the answer is pretty much certainly “No.”
If, an hour later, you still lying awake wondering if you are too hungry to sleep, a glass of warm milk and a slice of fresh bread are a perfectly acceptable experiment.
