		<description>It&#039;s just to taste, really. What you want is the texture; you can do a sugar-free whipped cream. I usually use 1/8 tsp vanilla and 2-4 tablespoons of sugar for a pint of cream. I think most people like their whipped cream sweeter than I do, so you may want to start with that and then taste it half-way through whipping and add more as needed.</description>
