I have ADHD, too. Interestingly, this article I just read suggests that while the Marshmallow test is useless as a predictor of intelligence, it is useful in pegging ADHD in preschoolers. Not surprised, me.

I probably could have delayed, but wouldn't have for a marshmallow or other sweet food item, that's for sure. I might not have even eaten the first item. (Pizza would have been another matter though!)

(I'm very creative, and have ADHD, so I'm not sure what that says…)
