Our whole weekend was bliss-full in the way I imagine every weekend to be, but few of them truly are. There was a surfeit of sunshine, birthday parties and love. Very few tantrums, none of them thrown by me. There were many long bike rides, and most of my waking hours were spent outdoors lolling in the shade of one tree or another. I spent too much money on silly things, but if $20 misspent dollars is the worst of my troubles, life is pretty fine.
All the photos in this set (taken by our lovely and amazing friend Molly) are beautiful. This one is pure magic.
