“I want there to be a Buffalo, and the Buffalo should be one of Buffy’s friends. Xander can be the Buffalo. Xander turns into a Buffalo. There can be lots of Buffalo, and some of them can be bad guys who eat people and some of them can be friends and some of them can be sick and Xander can be one of the friend Buffalo. Can we make that story about Buffy?”
